我厂生产的JH-8D回柱绞车滚筒形状如图1所示,其材质为QT 50-5,毛坯重110kg。对该滚筒铸件我们曾先后用图2所示的四种铸造工艺方案进行试生产(均使用干型)。结果,第一种工艺方案因其浇冒口系统无挡渣措施,致使滚筒上法兰盘上表面产生了较为严重的夹渣、夹砂缺陷,而且由于冒口过大,工艺出品率低,仅为61%;其他三种工艺方案,均因在冒口根部产生缩孔缺陷,废品率高达50%以上。有时整炉铁水浇注后,均因缩孔缺陷而全部报废。后来我们制定了图3所示的铸造工艺方案。同时考虑到
