嵩县位于河南省西部,地处伏牛山北麓及秦岭支脉熊耳山、外方山之间。全县辖12个乡、4个镇,总人口54.12万人,其中农业人口48.88万人。总面积3008.9km~2。由于自然条件恶劣,干旱一直是农业生产的主要制约因素,多年来,我们围绕抗旱中心开展工作,取得了抗旱工作的一些成绩。作者对嵩县旱情进行了深入的分析,并且在抗旱工作与对策方面作了思考和探索,提出了几点意见,具有良好的示范性和推广性。
Song County is located in the western part of Henan Province, located in the northern foot of Funiu Mountain and the Qinling Mountains Bear ears, between the mountains outside. The county administer 12 townships, 4 towns, the total population of 541200 people, of which 488800 agricultural population. The total area of 3008.9km ~ 2. Due to poor natural conditions, drought has been a major constraint on agricultural production. Over the years, we have worked around the drought center and achieved some successes in drought relief work. The author carried out an in-depth analysis of the drought in Song County, and made some thinking and exploration on drought relief work and countermeasures. He put forward some suggestions and has good demonstration and promotion.
