在暗室里检查眼底,有一些缺点,如暗室夏天闷热,有眼病的人,在暗室行动不便。有的地方没有暗室设备,就不能进行了。为解决这个问题,我们开始想在亮光下检查眼底,经过研究,我们制出了一种白书检眼镜套。镜套呈圆筒形,以不透光、便于操作、能容纳检眼镜的镜头为准。套身用黑色(外)和红色(里)布,两端用金属环制成(医生用的一端略大)。镜套是约8-9公分,内径约5.5-6公分。套身之一面开一小孔,大小以能通过检眼镜之颈部为好。套之一端系以松紧带,以便将镜套固定于患者眼部。使用方法:①将检眼镜之镜头纳入镜套,联接镜身后,将松紧带系紧患者头部,使镜套固定(检查者和被检查者所采位置与暗室同);②为使光射
