我院自1958年就开始使用东方红牌X线胶片。由于该片黑白对比不显,感光速度慢,尤以头颅及静脉腎盂造影的投照,曝光条件很难掌握,而且翳雾现象明显,影响诊断。为了提高胶片质量。我们曾经用过高电压、高毫安秒投照,甚至用高温显影液进行显影,但是胶片仍呈翳雾,清晰度不能改善。后来我们决定从暗室的显影工作着手,采用各种防灰雾的配方,胶片的黑白对比才有所改善。我们又根据药液和东方红牌胶片的性能,对显影剂作了适当的增减,延长显影时间,使胶片的质量有了显著的提高,达到了诊断要求。现将我院投照东方红牌X线胶片的曝光条件,举例如下:
