阳光社区位处晋江中心市区繁华商业区,辖区面积0.8平方公里,常住人口2360人,外来人口近万人。改革开放以来,阳光社区紧抓机遇,在晋江首创土地流转集约集聚,通过盘活土地资源,带动了集体经济迅速发展。2003年青阳撤镇分设街道以后,阳光社区进入发展关键期,经济和社会各项事业蓬勃发展,先后被授予全国和谐社区建设示范社区、全国妇联基层组织建设示范社区、省先进基层党组织、省商业示范社区、省科普示范社区等荣誉称号。
Sunshine community is located downtown Jinjiang downtown downtown business district, an area of 0.8 square kilometers, the resident population of 2360 people, foreign population of nearly 10,000 people. Since the reform and opening up, Sunshine Community has seized the opportunity and initiated the intensive agglomeration of land circulation in Jinjiang. By activating the land resources, the sunshine community led the rapid development of collective economy. After the demolition of streets in Qingyang in 2003, the Sunshine Community entered a critical period of development and all economic and social undertakings flourished. It has been awarded as a demonstration community for the construction of a harmonious community in the country, a demonstration community for grassroots organizations of the All-China Women’s Federation, an advanced grassroots party organization in the province, Commercial demonstration community, provincial science demonstration community and other honorary titles.
