意大利的Garuti L等合成了一些苯并咪唑的酸性硫酸基复合物,并评价了它们抗病毒和抗增生的特性。复合物10显示了对人类巨细胞病毒(CMV)的显著选择性活性复合物14表现了抗水痘-带状疱疹病毒的活性。还进一步评价了复合物对鼠白血病细胞和人类T-淋巴细胞增生活性的抑制效应。发现不同的衍生物有显著的细胞毒活性。另外,对一些结构-活性关系也进行了讨论。
Some Italian benzoic acid imidazole acid sulfate complexes were synthesized by Garuti L of Italy and evaluated their antiviral and anti-proliferative properties. Complex 10 shows significant selective activity against human cytomegalovirus (CMV) Complex 14 exhibits anti-varicella-zoster virus activity. The inhibitory effect of the complex on the proliferation of murine leukemia cells and human T-lymphocytes was further evaluated. Different derivatives were found to have significant cytotoxic activity. In addition, some structure-activity relationships are also discussed.
