目的研究多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统测定分析60例卵巢癌患者和100份正常对照人群血清的12种常见的肿瘤标志物:甲胎蛋白(AFP),癌胚抗原(CEA),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE),糖原125(CA125),糖原15-3(CA15-3),糖原242(CA242),糖原19-9(CA19-9),前列腺特异性抗原(PSA),游离前列腺特异性抗原(f-PSA),铁蛋白(FER),β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG),人生长激素(HGH)。结果60例卵巢癌患者血清中有50例血清肿瘤标志物为阳性(敏感性为83%),100份正常对照血清中有3例血清出现肿瘤标志物(特异性97%)。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对卵巢癌患者有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of a variety of tumor marker protein chip detection system on ovarian cancer. Methods Tumor marker protein chip detection system was used to detect and analyze 12 kinds of common tumor markers in serum of 60 patients with ovarian cancer and 100 normal controls: AFP, CEA, (NSE), Glycogen 125 (CA125), Glycogen 15-3 (CA15-3), Glycogen 242 (CA242), Glycogen 19-9 (CA19-9), Prostate Specific Antigen ), Free prostate specific antigen (f-PSA), ferritin (FER), β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and human growth hormone (HGH). RESULTS: Serum samples from 60 patients with ovarian cancer showed positive serum tumor markers (83%) in 50 serum samples and tumor markers (97% specificity) in 3 serum samples from 100 normal controls. Conclusion Multiple tumor marker protein chip detection system for ovarian cancer patients have some clinical value.
