目的:了解高职生坚韧性人格与心理复原力的关系,为提高高职生心理复原力水平提供指导和依据。方法:使用大学生坚韧人格评定量表和大学生心理复原力量表随机对262名高职生进行调查。结果:高职生坚韧性人格和心理复原力处在中等水平;坚韧性人格与心理复原力之间显著相关;韧性和挑战对心理复原力水平具有较强的正向预测作用,而控制则负向地预测心理复原力。结论:高职生的坚韧性人格与心理复原力之间密切相关,坚韧性人格是影响个体心理复原力的重要变量。
Objective: To understand the relationship between the tough personality and psychological resilience of higher vocational students, to provide guidance and basis for improving the level of psychological resilience of higher vocational students. Methods: A total of 262 vocational college students were randomly surveyed using the College Students Tough Personality Rating Scale and the College Students Psychological Resilience Inventory. Results: The tough personality and psychological resilience of vocational college students were at a moderate level. The tough personality and psychological resilience were significantly correlated. The resilience and challenge had a strong positive predictive value on the level of psychological resilience. To predict the psychological resilience. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the tough personality and psychological resilience of higher vocational students. Tough personality is an important variable that affects individual resilience.
