控制软管中压力降的最重要的因素是软管内径。液压管路尺寸的确定有一个最佳值问题。如内径太小,则压力降太高,系统的效率相对较低;如果尺寸太大,可能无有这种尺寸,且成本也高。管路尺寸确定后、即可计算压力降。以往的计算方法费时,用本文介绍的图解法则较方便,且准确性可达95%以上。今以一个回路为例,介绍用图解法求压降的方法。本例中油的粘度为20厘,流速32英尺/秒。
The most important factor in controlling the pressure drop in the hose is the hose inner diameter. There is an optimal value problem for determining the size of hydraulic lines. If the inner diameter is too small, the pressure drop is too high and the efficiency of the system is relatively low; if the size is too large, there may be no such size and the cost is high. After the pipe size is determined, the pressure drop can be calculated. The previous calculation method is time-consuming, and the graphic method introduced in this paper is more convenient and the accuracy can reach more than 95%. Let’s take a circuit as an example to introduce the graphic method to find the voltage drop. The viscosity of the oil in this example was 20 % and the flow rate was 32 ft/sec.
