Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 has been widely used in our country. As an enterprise email and collaboration platform, Exchange Server maintains important business information. We know that any software may crash, Exchange Server is no exception. And, the more fully leveraged Exchange Server, the greater the damage if Exchange Server crashes. For example, an organization that uses Exchange as its POP3 mail server system does not suffer much from system crashes by simply reinstalling the system and creating an account to recover. But for an organization using Exchange as a messaging platform and process platform, all employee mail, newsgroups, departmental work plans and shared information, and business process control will be lost in an instant as soon as the system crashes, This will undoubtedly bring disastrous losses to the enterprise. Therefore, system administrators should regularly back up and pay close attention to Exchange’s “health.” When an Exchange Server service is reported incorrectly or stopped automatically, it indicates that there is a potential problem with the Exchange Server machine and a potential disaster. At this point, you should consider the issue of disaster recovery.
