2015年11月1日至2日,由上海社会科学院、上海政法学院主办、德国国际合作机构(GIZ)及中华环保联合会《中国环境法治》编辑部支持的“COP21:气候变化政策与法律国际研讨会”在上海社会科学院国际创新基地举办,来自法国、加拿大、德国、中国台湾地区和中国大陆的60余位学者及相关机构的代表参会,就COP21谈判关键议题、气候谈判态势的新发展、国际碳市场与中国、气候政策与相关政策的相容性展开了研讨。承蒙会议主办方和参会学者的授权,本次会议的发言人在会上提出的主要观点在本刊发布,期待引起更多同仁的关注与思考。
Organized by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and Shanghai Institute of Political Science and Law from November 1 to 2, 2015, GIZ and the editorial department of China Environmental Rule of Law supported by the China Environmental Protection Association COP21: Policies and Laws on Climate Change International Seminar "At the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences International Innovation Base held in France, Canada, Germany, Taiwan and mainland China more than 60 scholars and representatives of relevant agencies attended the meeting on the key issues of COP21 negotiations, climate negotiations New development, the international carbon market and China, climate policy and the compatibility of relevant policies were discussed. Thanks to the authorization of the organizer and participants, the key point raised by the spokesman for this meeting was released in this magazine, aiming to arouse the concern and reflection of more colleagues.
