为了综合利用首钢京唐公司厂区内发现的丰富的油田伴生气资源,参考国外高炉喷吹天然气的生产实践,对高炉喷吹油田伴生气的工艺流程及具体方案进行了探讨。京唐公司高炉喷煤使用的烟煤、无烟煤比例约为4∶6的混煤热值约为28.47 MJ/kg,而油田伴生气热值为38.42 MJ/m3,按等热值原理计算,吨铁喷吹19.2m3的天然气可替换25.9kg的混煤。油田伴生气作为高炉气体喷吹燃料,可以使高炉稳定顺行。
In order to make full use of abundant oilfield associated gas resources found in Shougang Jingtang Company’s factory area and with reference to the overseas blast furnace natural gas injection production practice, the technological process and concrete scheme of blowing associated gas in blast furnace are discussed. Jingtang blast furnace PCI coal, anthracite coal ratio of about 4: 6 mixed calorific value of about 28.47 MJ / kg, while the associated gas heat value 38.42 MJ / m3, according to the principle of equal calorific value, ton of iron Blowing 19.2m3 of natural gas replaces 25.9kg of mixed coal. Oilfield associated gas as blast furnace gas injection fuel, can make the blast stable.
