从4月20日起至6月30日止,长春市将开展为期近两个半月的集中整治非法养犬专项行动,各派出所民警将在管区内对犬登记造册。
From April 20 to June 30, Changchun City will launch a special campaign to rectify illegal dog raising for nearly two and a half months. Police at each police station will register dogs in the district.
