目的分析2003-2007年河北省乐亭县新涂阳肺结核患者的登记情况。方法利用2003-2007年乐亭县中国结核病控制工作季报表、月报表、网络专报资料进行分析。结果2003-2007年乐亭县累计发现新涂阳肺结核患者917例,以第二季度为发病高峰,男性登记数高于女性,农民发病数最多。结论提高新涂阳肺结核患者的发现依然是乐亭县结核病控制工作的重点,老年肺结核的防治工作不容忽视。
Objective To analyze the registration status of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Laoting County of Hebei Province from 2003 to 2007. Methods Based on the quarterly reports, monthly reports and online special reports of tuberculosis control work in Laoting County from 2003 to 2007, Results From 2003 to 2007, a total of 917 new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were found in Laoting County, with the peak incidence in the second quarter. The number of males was higher than that of females, and the incidence of peasants was the highest. Conclusion The discovery of new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients remains the focus of tuberculosis control in Laoting County. Prevention and treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis should not be neglected.
