高等院校自改革开放以来,所取得的最大成就之一是科研工作有了很大的发展。本文对我院1981年～1990年科技成果情况进行全面调查分析,以为学院今后人才培养、科学管理、科技体制改革及领导决策提供参考。一、调查方法按高等院校科技统计要求,由科技人员填写统一的科技人员技术档案表,依次进行有关项目的统计分析。但由于少数科技人员填写不全,论文发表数较实际略少。
One of the greatest achievements of colleges and universities since the reform and opening up has been the great development of scientific research. This article conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the scientific and technological achievements of our college from 1981 to 1990, and provides a reference for the college’s future personnel training, scientific management, technological system reform and leadership decision-making. First, the survey method According to science and technology statistical requirements of institutions of higher learning, scientific and technical personnel fill out a unified scientific and technical personnel technical file table, followed by statistical analysis of related projects. However, due to the incompleteness of a few scientific and technical personnel, the number of papers published is slightly less than actual.
