目的总结无水乙醇注射治疗鼻中隔Little区出血的经验和教训。方法在表面麻醉下,对750例鼻中隔Little区出血患者局部注射无水乙醇。结果 731例患者经一次,19例患者经两次处置无再出血,随访1~6个月无复发,无并发症。结论该方法具有方法简单、安全有效、疗效可靠的优点,在一定程度上可代替传统的鼻腔填塞法,有利于患者康复。
Objective To summarize the experience and lessons of dehydration of ethanol in the small septum of the nasal septum. Methods Under surface anesthesia, 750 patients with small-area hemorrhage of nasal septum were injected with absolute ethanol. Results A total of 731 patients were treated once, and 19 patients were treated twice with no rebleeding. All cases were followed up for 1 to 6 months without recurrence and no complications. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, safe and effective method and reliable curative effect. It can replace traditional nasal packing method to a certain degree, which is good for patients’ rehabilitation.
