建立了测定促肝细胞生长素在人体中的血药浓度的高效液相色谱法，并对8名健康志愿者进行了药代动力学研究。用3P87程序计算药代动力学参数并拟合了房室模型，体内过程符合二室模型。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established to determine the concentration of hepatocyte growth-promoting hormone (HGH) in human body. Pharmacokinetic studies were performed on eight healthy volunteers. Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using the 3P87 program and fitted with atrioventricular model, the in vivo process in line with the two-compartment model.
