本文介绍了新型弹性材料Cu-Ni-Mn合金的弹性后效值。使用的测量仪器是“金属片材弹性后效仪”。弹性材料在弹性范围内加外力的瞬时产生应变ε_1,外力继续作用,经过t时间后产生的应变为ε_2。附加应变(ε_2或Δε)与总应变(ε=ε_1+ε_2)之比((ε_2/(ε_1+ε_2))%)即为材料在外力作用下经t时间后的弹性后效值。 结果表明,用该仪器测试Cu-Ni-Mn合金的弹性后效是可行的,其数值为0.18~0.23%,比常用的弹性材料铍青铜(QBe2)略小。
This article describes the new elastic material Cu-Ni-Mn alloy after the elastic value. The measuring instrument used is “Metal Sheet Elastic Afterglow”. Elastic material in the elastic range plus external force instantaneous strain ε_1, external forces continue to act, after t time produced by the strain ε_2. The ratio (ε 2 / (ε 1 + ε 2))% of the additional strain (ε 2 or Δε) to the total strain (ε ε ε ε + ε 2) is the material’s elastic modulus after t time. The results show that it is feasible to measure the elastic aftereffect of Cu-Ni-Mn alloy by this instrument. The numerical value is 0.18-0.23%, which is slightly smaller than the commonly used elastic material QBe2.
