北京:赶超中等发达国家首都到2000年,全面完成现代化建设第二步战略部署,实现人均国内生产总值比1980年翻两番,初步建立建立社会主义市场经济体制。再经过10年发展,到2010年,全市国内生产总值比2000年翻一番,形成比较完善的社会主义市场经济体制,经济、科技综合实力和社会发展程度,达到并在某些方面超过中等发达国家首都城市的水平,为在21世纪中叶把北京建设成为现代化国际城市奠定基础。“九五”期间和2010年具体目标:1、经济增长“九五”期间,国内生产总值年均递增9%左右,到2000年达到2130亿元左右(1995年价格)。
