国家医药管理局为了认真贯彻《药品管理法》,深入开展药品和医疗器械质量大检查,于1985年6月28日召开了电话会议。会议由刘永纲副局长主持,国家经委副主任赵维臣、人大常委会法制工作委员会副主任宋汝棼、国务院经济法规研究中心顾问孙力余、国家医药管理局局长齐谋甲等领导同志出席了会议并作了重要讲话。参加会议的有各省、市、自治区医药管理局(总公司)的领导,各专业公司、有关部门、局机关和部分直属单位领导及李晓东副局长,林栋、沈家祥等同志。
