箱式电阻炉的炉底板,要求有良好的抗高温氧化性;一定的高温强度和较小的变形,所以一般都采用耐热合金来制造。由于合金元素短缺,制造工艺复杂,价格昂贵,有时不能及时供应,造成停台,影响生产。为了解决这一问题,我们采用普通低碳钢板(如 A 3)渗铝的办法带替了原耐热合金,经生产试用效果较好,在一定的条件下完全可以代替耐热合金炉底板。
Box-type resistance furnace floor, requires a good resistance to high temperature oxidation; a certain high temperature strength and small deformation, it is generally used to manufacture heat-resistant alloys. Due to the shortage of alloying elements, the manufacturing process is complicated and the price is expensive, sometimes it can not be supplied in time, which results in the shutdown of the platform and affects the production. In order to solve this problem, we use ordinary low-carbon steel (such as A3) aluminized approach to replace the original heat-resistant alloy, the trial production is better, under certain conditions can replace the heat-resistant alloy furnace floor.
