Cr20Ni24Si4.5Ti 钢高压釜是直硝法生产浓硝酸的核心设备。原料在高压釜中在52大气压、85℃条件下,直接反应成浓硝酸,反应完成的浓硝酸,通过孔径为30毫米的排酸阀排出。排酸阀除了承受85℃的浓硝酸腐蚀外,由于高压和高达每秒20～60米的流速,故冲刷十分强烈。过去制造阀体及阀座是采用1Cr18Ni9Ti钢内衬高纯铝,这种结构制作困难,检修复杂,使用寿命很短,仅一个星期到一个月左右;也曾用ЭИ654钢直接制作阀体、阀座,
Cr20Ni24Si4.5Ti steel autoclave is the direct production of concentrated nitric acid nitric acid core equipment.
