数字减影血管造影(简称DSA)是经电子计算机处理的血管造影新方法,属继CT之后出现的又一项先进的医学影象诊断技术。1985年我院用日产日立DFA—Ⅰ型数字减影诊断装置,对在肝癌普查中所发现的可疑小肝癌病例进行DSA检查,检出3例直径为2cm以下亚临床期小肝癌,并均经手术及病理证实,现报告如下。
Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is a new method of computer-assisted angiography. It is another advanced medical imaging diagnostic technique that follows CT. In 1985, our hospital used a Nissan Hitachi DFA-I type digital subtraction diagnostic apparatus to perform DSA examination on suspicious small liver cancer cases found in liver cancer screening. Three subclinical small liver cancers with a diameter of 2 cm or less were detected. Surgical and pathological confirmation, the report is as follows.
