Cryosurgery is a therapy that uses cryogenic ultra-low temperature freezing of the body’s local tissue, then slowly relieves freezing, and promotes necrosis of the lesion. It has been widely used in stomatology and oncology. Based on the clinical application of cryosurgery, the author selected 134 male rats (Sprague-Dawely line) for clarifying the relationship between cryo-necrosis lesions and vascular system changes and surrounding tissues, and the characteristics of tissue changes in frozen necrotic foci. Twenty-four of them were used as a normal tongue cryosurgery group and 110 were treated with oral 4-nitro-quinoline l-oxide. Externally-derived tumors or ulcers occurred, and tongue cancer was identified as a tongue cancer cryosurgery group. A liquid nitrogen freezer was used. The head was a cylinder with a diameter of 5 mm. The head temperature was -196°C. Normal tongue tissue formed ice for 30 seconds, while tongue cancer required 42 seconds to 110 seconds.
