为了探讨γ—GT同功酶能否做为监测和评价肝癌手术预后的指标,我们于1984年9月至1985年8月对手术肝癌病人,做术前术后γ—GT同功酶监测研究。病人和方法对本院外科48例手术治疗病人,在手术前后研究γ—GT同功酶的变化。其中原发性肝癌14例,肝外恶性肿瘤10例,肝胆外科疾病14例,胃肠道良性病变10例。全组男性33例,女性15例。年龄23~60岁。平均年龄41.2岁。原发性肝癌组中男性13例,女性1例。AFP>400ng/ml11例,有3例AFP阴性,AFP<50ng/ml。其中7例做肝叶切除术,另7例做肝动脉插管化疗。γ—GT同功酶测定方法:参照Sawabu方法加以改进。取病人空腹静脉血,采用4~30%聚丙烯酰
To investigate whether γ-GT isoenzyme can be used as an indicator to monitor and evaluate the prognosis of liver cancer surgery, we performed γ-GT isoenzyme monitoring before and after surgery in patients with surgical liver cancer from September 1984 to August 1985. . Patients and Methods Forty-eight patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were studied for changes in γ-GT isozymes before and after surgery. There were 14 cases of primary liver cancer, 10 cases of extrahepatic malignancy, 14 cases of hepatobiliary surgery, and 10 cases of gastrointestinal benign lesions. There were 33 males and 15 females in the whole group. Age 23 to 60 years old. The average age is 41.2 years old. There were 13 males and 1 females in the primary liver cancer group. AFP> 400ng/ml in 11 cases, 3 cases of AFP negative, AFP <50ng/ml. Seven of them underwent hepatectomy and the other seven underwent hepatic artery catheterization chemotherapy. γ-GT isoenzyme assay method: Refer to the Sawabu method for improvement.
