来自国家财政部的统计显示,9月份我国财政收入的增速进一步放慢,增幅仅有3.1%,这已是财政收入连续第三个月大幅放缓了——此前的7月和8月,全国财政收入同比增速也仅有16.5%和10.1%。对比上半年财政收入33.3%的增长率来说,可谓“前高后低、逐月回落”。与此同时,财政支出压力却依然不减,全国财政支出在7、8、9三个月分别增长了40.9%、17.8%和11.6%。
