襄阳县交通局局长张祖田同志,重视健全内部审计制度,不断完善审计监督网络,有效地开展内部审计监督,在当地传佳话。一、“建立内审制度”经96年6月1日,是交通局新任领导到任的第二天,张祖田局长等领导首先到局审计股,听取全县交通系统内审工作情况汇报。在调查摸底,掌握情况的基础上,张局长对过去内审工作成绩给予了肯定,对面临的问题和现状进行了研究分析。在此基础上,明确提出了“在全县交通系统建立内部审计制度”的要求。
