我国白酒生产颇为兴盛红火。据了解,1986年全国产白酒350万吨,1987年增至430万吨。今年以来,白酒产量又有较多增长,有关方面预测,如不加强宏观管理,全年有可能突破500万吨大关。 生产发展了,当然是好事,于人民生活有利,于国家税收有利,应该欢欣鼓舞。只是酒的生产不停地看涨,各地“名酒评比”活动方兴未艾,花样翻新,所谓“要当好县长,先办好酒厂”又很有些诱惑力,这就不能不令人喜中参忧,怀着一份担心。
