坚持社会主义,坚持改革,这是中国前进的方向。而企业承包制,正是社会主义和改革的结合点,也是治理、整顿和深化改革的结合点。只有坚持和完善企业承包制,才能建成有中国特色的社会主义,充分发挥社会主义的优越性。从首钢、二汽等一批企业实行承包制算起,已经过了十个年头。现在,我们已经可以根据实践,对人们的担心和顾虑提出明确的答案,并进一步阐明企业承包制在社会主义经济体制改革中的地位和作用。
To uphold socialism and persist in reform is the way forward for China. The contracting system of enterprises is precisely the combination of socialism and reform. It is also the point of combination of governance, rectification and deepening of reforms. Only by adhering to and perfecting the enterprise contract system can we build socialism with Chinese characteristics and give full play to the superiority of socialism. From the Shougang Group, two steam and a number of other enterprises to implement contract system, it has been 10 years. Now we can have a clear answer to people’s worries and worries based on practice and further clarify the status and role of the enterprise contract system in the socialist economic system reform.
