随着新课改的不断深入,教师的教学理念和方式虽有所变化,课堂上也出现了合作学习。但仍存在“穿新鞋,走老路”的类型。这表明相当一部分教师面对新课程感到困惑。新课程理念下的数学教学的有效性应该注意些什么?下面就我个人的一些认识、理解与操作谈谈一些体会。一、教学目标制定的有效性新课标十分注重追求三维目标的有机整合。突出表现在:把过程与方法视为课堂教学的重要目标,从而从课程目标的高度突出其地位;尽量让学生通过阅读、探索、思考和创新等丰富多彩的认识过程来获得知识,
