人物小档案:张云泉,男,1948年6月出生,中共党员,现任江苏省泰州市人民政府副秘书长、信访局局长,先后被授予全国优秀共产党员、全国劳动模范、全国人民满意的公务员、全国道德模范等荣誉称号。2003年当选江苏省人大代表,2005年被作为全国重大典型集中宣传报道,2007年当选党的十七大代表,出席中国共产党第十七次代表大会。
Profile: Zhang Yunquan, male, born in June 1948, a member of the Communist Party of China, is currently Deputy Secretary General of the People’s Government of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, Director of Bureau of Letters and Calls, and has been awarded the Outstanding Communist Party Member, Model Worker, Civil Servant Satisfied by the People, National moral model such as the honorary title. In 2003 he was elected as the representative of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress. In 2005, he was widely reported as a major national media in China. In 2007, he was elected as the party’s 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and attended the 17th Chinese Communist Party Congress.
