现有的中小学教学管理模式以升学率为衡量的标准,在社会愈来愈重视的素质教育的今天,越来越不合时宜。因此,必须构建中小学教学管理新模式。本文从学生尚未成年,心智尚未成熟这一个特点出发,以加强对教职工的管理为出发点,构建一个拥有自己独特的别的学校无法模仿的价值标准体系,倡导教职工的团队学习,终身学习,相互共享隐性知识,最终形成独有的校园文化,以形成新的教学管理模式。
The existing primary and secondary school teaching management model is based on the rate of entering the higher education and the more and more outdated quality education in the society today. Therefore, we must build a new model of primary and secondary teaching management. Starting from the characteristic that the students are not yet mature and their minds are immature, this paper aims to strengthen the management of faculty and staff and set up a system of values and standards that can not be imitated by other schools. It advocates teamwork and lifelong learning among faculty members, Mutual sharing of tacit knowledge, and ultimately the formation of a unique campus culture to form a new teaching management model.
