商业公司提供的机构知识库解决方案已经成为国内教育和科研单位机构库平台建设的主流选择,而在建库调研阶段对机构库的数据质量进行科学地评价对于最终决策的制定具有重大意义。本文以四川大学机构知识库建库调研实践为例,运用层次分析等数理方法构建机构库数据质量评价指标体系,并进行实证研究。机构库数据质量评价指标体系在实证研究中体现出良好的适用性,可以为兄弟单位的机构库建设提供借鉴。
Institutional knowledge base solutions provided by commercial companies have become the mainstream choice for the construction of institutional libraries in education and research institutes in China. However, it is of great significance for the final decision-making to scientifically evaluate the data quality of institutional libraries during the research stage of the construction of warehouses. This paper takes the research of institutional repository building in Sichuan University as an example, and uses mathematical methods such as analytic hierarchy process to build an index system of data quality evaluation of institutional repository and conducts empirical research. Institutional library data quality evaluation index system shows good applicability in empirical research, which can provide reference for institution building of fraternal units.
