当前中等职业学校计算机机房除承担公共计算机基础课程教学功能外,还肩负着专业课教学、实习考证、技赛训练、社会培训等多种功能,但普遍存在着机房管理混乱,缺乏有效管理机制的问题。通过在对机房管理工作中的实践经验进行总结分析,并以江苏省雎宁中专校机房管理为例,在参阅相关文献的基础上对中职校机房管理机制作了进一步的研究。研究认为,采取合理定位机房功能、健全人员角色职责制度、跟进后勤保障提高机器使用率、合理规划计算机系统、学生参与管理等措施,可以有利于长效管理机制的形成。
Currently, the computer lab of secondary vocational schools not only undertakes the teaching functions of basic courses of public computers, but also shoulders many functions such as specialized courses teaching, practical study, training competitions and social training. However, there are common problems such as confusing engine room management and lack of effective management mechanism . Through the summary and analysis of the practical experience in the management of the engine room, and taking the computer room management of Suining secondary school in Jiangsu Province as an example, the management mechanism of the computer lab in secondary vocational school is further studied on the basis of referring to relevant documents. According to the research, measures such as rational positioning of engine room function, improvement of personnel role and responsibility system, follow-up logistics support to improve machine utilization rate, reasonable planning of computer system and student participation in management can be beneficial to the formation of long-term management mechanism.
