课堂教学足对学生各方面能力的综合培养。培养学生的记忆能力是其中的一个方面,它与思维、观察问题、分析问题和解决问题等能力是相辅相成的,它本身又有一定的规律。英国哲学家弗朗西斯·培根说过:“一切知识不过是记忆,而创造不过是运用知识”。学生学习成绩的好坏,主要决定于分析问题和解决问题的能力。而要运用知识去解决问题,首先要能够记忆知识。在化学教学中,常有学生反映:元素符号等化学用语,元素及其化合物的基本知识,化学基本理论及基本概念等,太多太难记忆,记住后也容易忘记。几年来我在化学教学中培养学生的记忆能力方面做了一点探索,浅谈如下:
Classroom teaching is a comprehensive training for students’ abilities in all aspects. Cultivating students’ memory ability is one of the aspects. It complements the ability to think, observe problems, analyze problems, and solve problems. It has its own laws. The British philosopher Francis Bacon said: “All knowledge is but memory, and creation is the use of knowledge.” The quality of students’ academic performance is mainly determined by the ability to analyze problems and solve problems. To use knowledge to solve problems, we must first be able to remember knowledge. In chemistry teaching, students often reflect chemical terms such as elemental symbols, basic knowledge of elements and their compounds, basic chemistry theories, and basic concepts. Too many are too difficult to remember, and they are easy to forget after remembering. Over the past few years, I have done some exploration in cultivating students’ memory skills in chemistry teaching.
