对于中国共产党的建设和发展来说,党内民主,不仅是一种制度形态,也是一种基本的政治生活,是科学的制度和健康的政治生活的有机统一。因而,它贯穿于党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和先进性建设之中。这也就意味着党内民主建设关系到党的建设和发展的全局。十六大以来,中国共产党在推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设协调发展中,不断探索和创新党内民主。
For the construction and development of the Chinese Communist Party, inner-party democracy is not only a system form but also a basic political life, and an organic unity of a scientific system and a healthy political life. Therefore, it runs through the party’s ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction, system construction and advanced construction. This also means that the construction of inner-party democracy is related to the overall situation of party building and development. Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the CPC has continuously explored and innovated inner-party democracy in advancing the coordinated development of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction.
