在1998年岁末,北京香山的一片嫣红,将有一片洁白相伴。这片洁白是来自欧洲的旱雪。由于不受四季天时的影响和可全天候开展活动,因而早在50年代末,滑旱雪就成为一项风靡欧美的老少皆宜的休闲娱乐活动。而今,这项超越时空的娱乐项目在北京悄然落户,它便是北京香山滑雪场。当我走进滑雪场时,看到的是有着5000多棵树木和40000多平方米草坪的好景致,而最抢眼的是蓝白相间的三条滑道。旱雪道(滑道)是由经过特殊工艺制成的、与天然雪摩擦系数相近的PVC滑雪垫铺设而成的。滑雪者在滑雪时只要脚穿普通滑雪板,手持滑雪杆,按天然滑雪的技巧和要领卽可在旱雪道上滑雪了。滑
