从广议上来讲,食品指经简单处理或规范加工后,可满足人们生命健康需要及生活习惯嗜好的植物、动物及微生物制品,来源于粮、油、渔、丝、茶的12类初级产品。由于这些初级产品在生产、加工、包装、运输等环节存在各种主观或客观的因素降低了食品的安全性,甚至可能危及人们的生命安全,尤其是近几年,我国相继出现“三氯氰胺”、“地沟油”、“三十日鸡”等食品安全事件,严重威胁人民群众的健康与生命安全,造成了巨大的负面影响,成为目前迫切需要解决的问题。为此,2012年我们对淮阳县市场产品进行了抽样抽检,报告如下。
