During the development of neuronal impulsive activity, the mammalian nervous system plays a role in the process of neuronal differentiation, but its molecular mechanism is not yet clear. Nerve cell adhesion molecules (NCAMs) and L_1 mainly affect the morphogenesis and construction of nervous system by regulating cell adhesion, axon growth, myelination and signal transduction. In this experiment, cultured dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons into
