目的:分析喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院收治的手足口病共200例,按照不同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组,每组各100例;研究组予喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组予利巴韦林治疗;比较两组临床疗效、临症消退时间以及不良反应发生率情况。结果:研究组患者的临床效果显著优于对照组患者,各项临症消退时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均为发生严重不良反应。结论:手足口病行喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗临床疗效显著,安全性较高,具实际应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping combined with ribavirin in treating hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: A total of 200 HFMD cases treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, the study group was divided into study group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Xiyanping combined with ribavirin and the control group Ribavirin treatment; comparison of clinical efficacy, clinical subsided time and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. The subsidence time was shorter than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Both groups had serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Xiyanping combined with ribavirin in treating hand, foot and mouth disease patients is significant, with high safety and practical value.
