省府批示: 江西省人民法院召開了分、市院長聯席會議,會議上檢查了各級人民法院對於第二屆全國司法會議及全省第六次司法會議决議的執行情况,發現了一些問題,總結了經驗教訓,這次會基本上是成功的。報告中所提出的四個問題,各地政府應領導和幫助所屬司法部門進行研究,根據當地不同的情况,提出不同的要求,作出具體的安排,把這次會議精神貫澈到實際工作中去。十月二十六日
