随着中国经济转型发展的要求,改革创新已经进入深水区,有更为湍急水流,也蕴藏着危险的漩涡,一不小心就会溺水。而目前我们要做的,就是找到合适的方法和途径,勇闯激流,避开漩涡,增强身处深水区内所有人员的自救能力。中国为什么没有“乔布斯”?下一个“乔布斯”会在哪里?不知从何时开始,诸如这类的话题,早已成为社会大众舆论的焦点,而与此同时,“创新”这个核心词汇也被反复的咀嚼着。在2013浦江创新论坛开幕式前记者见面会上,论坛发起人和主席、中科院院士徐冠华接受了记者采访。作为前任科技部部长,他对创新转型、对深入改革有着自己的理解。“政府不能包办创新”“政府不能包办创新……政府造不出乔布斯,他是市场筛选的结果……”徐冠华在采访中很明确地说道。
