Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen, Ladies and Gentlemen, The 1991 Asia-Pacific Maritime Symposium was opened today. On behalf of the Ministry of Communications of the People’s Republic of China, I hereby extend my warm congratulation to the General Assembly!
