目的 经动脉向恶性肿瘤组织局部灌注碳酸氢钠和维拉帕米 ,观察对IL 2、IFN α和阿霉素 (ADM )、丝裂霉素 (MMC)介入治疗的增效作用。方法 92个病人随机分组为单纯动脉介入化疗药物组 (A组 ) ;碳酸氢钠联合化疗药物动脉介入组 (B组 ) ;碳酸氢钠联合IL 2、IFN α、化疗药物介入组 (C组 ) ;碳酸氢钠、维拉帕米联合IL 2、IFN α化疗药物介入组 (D组 ) 4个组 ,A、B、C、D 4个组介入 2个疗程后判断疗效。结果 B组部分缓解率明显高于A组 ,D组部分缓解率均高于其它 3组。结论 向恶性肿瘤组织灌注碳酸氢钠、维拉帕米可提高IL 2、IFN α、ADM、MMC疗效
Objective To perfuse sodium bicarbonate and verapamil intraarterially into malignant tumor tissue to observe the synergistic effect of interventional treatment of IL 2, IFN α, adriamycin (ADM) and mitomycin (MMC). Methods Ninety-two patients were randomly divided into two groups: simple arterial interventional chemotherapy group (group A); sodium bicarbonate combined with chemotherapy; arterial intervention group (group B); sodium bicarbonate combined with IL 2, IFN α, chemotherapy intervention group (group C). Sodium bicarbonate, verapamil combined with IL 2 and IFN α chemotherapy drugs intervention group (group D) 4 groups, A, B, C, D 4 groups were involved in two courses of treatment to judge the curative effect. Results The partial remission rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. The partial remission rate in group D was higher than that in the other three groups. Conclusion Infusion of sodium bicarbonate and verapamil can increase the efficacy of IL 2, IFN α, ADM, and MMC in malignant tumors
