目的:探讨血浆置换(plasma exchange,PE)治疗重型肝炎疗效观察。方法:将辽宁省丹东市传染病医院2005-12-2009-03收治的45例重型肝炎患者随机分两组,观察组在常规治疗基础上进行血浆置换,对照组给予基础保肝治疗,对临床生化指标和终末期肝病模型(MELD)评分进行观察分析。结果:血浆置换提高重型肝炎的治愈率。结论:血浆置换对重型肝炎肝衰竭具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange (PE) on severe hepatitis. Methods: Forty-five patients with severe hepatitis treated in Dandong Infectious Disease Hospital of Liaoning Province from December 2005 to March 2009 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received plasma exchange on the basis of routine treatment, while the control group received basic liver protection. Biochemical indicators and end-stage liver disease model (MELD) score were observed and analyzed. Results: Plasma exchange increased the cure rate of severe hepatitis. Conclusion: Plasma exchange plays an important role in severe hepatic failure.
