恰逢元宵佳节,在环境优美的中山市,中国包装技术协会召开了全国包协秘书长工作会议和五届一次常务理事会会议。会议通过工作报告,总结了1998年度的工作;讨论明确了1999年度的工作计划。会议的重点是研究如何加强行业服务、搞好行业管理。会议还表彰了18位1998年度的“全国包协优秀秘书长”,并对6位连续3年获得“全国包协优秀秘书长”称号的同志每月发给“包装贡献津贴”。这次会议是在世纪之交举行的,对于总结过去、开创未来具有一定的历史意义;同时,这是
Just as in the Lantern Festival, in the beautiful city of Zhongshan, the China Packaging Technology Association held a working meeting of the General Secretary of the National Association of Poets and a meeting of the Standing Council of the Fifth Session.
