奉化市提高民办教师待遇

浙江省奉化市委、市政府和市教育局几年来采取8条措施,提高民办教师待遇,稳定民办教师队伍,这8条措施是: 一、提高工资福利待遇。市里规定从1980年起,民办教师工资以乡镇为单位统筹统支。1986年,市里提出在公办教师增加工资、补贴的同时,给民办教师也增加一定数额的工资和补贴。近3年,全市民办教师人均每月增加工资和补贴40余元,这样人均月收入达到120元,高的乡镇达到140元左右。
