The Mineral Resources Law is the basic law for rejuvenating and protecting our country’s mining industry. It stipulates that the geology and mineral resources department shall supervise and administer mineral resources exploration and exploitation. Laws and regulations engaged in exploration of mineral resources, mining must be registered before obtaining a permit to construction, geological team to take the lead for the implementation of “Mineral Resources Law” model
