为对燃烧器的燃烧状态进行合理评价,研究基于模糊原理的多源信息融合评价方法,并将其应用于对单个旋流燃烧器整体燃烧状态的评价。通过融合燃烧器不同区域的燃烧状态信息,获得燃烧稳定性的综合评价值,以直观、全面地反映燃烧器的燃烧状态。实验数据表明,当调整燃烧器的运行工况时,综合评价值能正确反映出燃烧器整体燃烧状态的变化,证明了此方法用于实现多信息融合的燃烧器状态评价的有效性,为燃烧器状态的监测、建模和优化控制提供基础。
In order to evaluate the combustion state of the burner properly, a multi-source information fusion evaluation method based on the fuzzy principle is studied and applied to the evaluation of the overall combustion state of a single swirl burner. By integrating the combustion state information of different regions of the combustor, the comprehensive evaluation value of the combustion stability is obtained, so that the combustion state of the combustor can be directly and completely reflected. The experimental data show that when adjusting the operating conditions of the burner, the comprehensive evaluation value can correctly reflect the change of the overall combustion state of the burner, and the validity of the method for realizing the state evaluation of the multi-information fusion burner is proved.
