目的 探讨应用国产吻合器行直肠癌前切除双吻合器吻合术的可行性。方法 对 38例直肠癌患者行前切除时 ,应用国产直线及管状吻合器行双吻合器吻合。结果 术后发生吻合口漏 2例 (5 .3 % ) ,1例可能与术后早期腹腔化疗有关 ,另 1例形成直肠阴道瘘。全组无吻合口狭窄。结论 国产吻合器在使用上虽不如进口一次性吻合器方便 ,但如果操作得当 ,技术熟练 ,仍可获类似效果 ,其费用仅为进口吻合器的 1/30。新的改进型中国产品应用更方便 ,更易使此技术推广。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using anastomat in preoperative resection of double stapling anastomosis. Methods 38 cases of rectal cancer patients underwent anterior resection, the use of domestic line and tube stapler double stapling anastomosis. Results Anastomotic leakage occurred in 2 cases (5.3%) after operation. One case was related to early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy and the other 1 case was rectovaginal fistula. The whole group without anastomotic stenosis. Conclusion Although the use of domestic stapler is not as convenient as the disposable stapler, it can still achieve similar effect if it is operated properly and skillfully, and its cost is only 1/30 of that of imported stapler. The application of new improved Chinese products more convenient, easier to make this technology promotion.
